How to Apply for Funding

To apply, you must submit a grant application online  during the program’s open application period.

Review the Required Forms & Application Instructions webpage for

  • program application dates
  • instructions to apply, and
  • a link to the online application portal you must use to apply for that program.

Before I Apply

Gather required documentation

Note: All applicants except for beneficiaries will need to enter their SAM.gov id.

A beneficiary is an entity that is the final recipient of grant funds and does not further pass through funds for programs or services. A beneficiary may be a household, community, small business, non-profit, or impacted industry. For example, a beneficiary would be an individual, small business or non-profit that receives a grant to pay their rent or utilities.

Submitting My Application

Use this information to apply for the following education, work force development, and health and senior services grant programs: Agriculture Innovation & Workforce Development ARPA Grant, Private MoExcels ARPA Grant, Missouri Area Career Center Opportunities, and Operators of Residential Care / Assisted Living Facilities.
